The VA is charged with caring for those who have sacrificed so much for our country, yet lack of transparency plagues the system, making it difficult for Veterans and their families to trust the institution created to serve them. We continue to press this issue because concerns remain that Veterans and their families may experience delays in or lose access entirely to benefits that are critical for their wellbeing and futures.
